I will be looking for a new trading platform if the customer service doesn’t notably improve. I have been using IG for trading. I found it helpful when I had trouble signing into my Account; The support team was so helpful and friendly. The platforms are easy to use and provide transparent information.

The guy was really helpful and did a thorough check and resolved my issue. Very pleased with the resolution. I submitted the IG Stocks and Shares ISA transfer form by email also saying I wanted to transfer in an ISA and immediately received a “sorry we’re busy have patience” stock email. Five days later my account finally showed that I had submitted the ISA transfer in request and I received an email telling me so and that the request had been sent to the other broker. The email bizarrely also asked me to confirm whether I wanted to transfer an ISA or Share Dealing account? IG had been recommended to me and so far I’m disappointed with the service particularly when the first personal contact when funding an account is “sorry we’re busy…..”

Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions. What really disappointed me was the lack of accountability when things went wrong. It’s frustrating to feel like you’re on your own when your money is involved, but after doing my research I was able to recover my money. If you ever face something similar, just know there’s help out there, and I’m happy to share the steps that worked for me. The customer service that I received was excellent. I don’t think I’ve received customer service as good as this for a long time. Easy to open MyIG account.Easy to deposit and verify.Trading training is thorough. I’ve been with IG a quarter of a century, but since they made my account manager redundant (& many more, without even informing clients), it’s become very difficult to get any kind of personal service.

IG International Limited is licensed to conduct investment business and digital asset business by the Bermuda Monetary Authority. Offering incentives for reviews or asking for them selectively can bias the TrustScore, which goes against our guidelines. My experience with IG has been a horrible one with poor pay, Just for follow my photo lead for a better alternative and a smooth amazing experience . The assistant was extremely helpful

IG is an investment platform that does it all. It’s got ISAs, pensions, contracts for difference, research and a learning facility. We’ve named IG as the best trading app for training resources’.

Relatively new to the site and not impressed so far at all. The query that I contacted the customer support team with about two weeks ago via the WhatsApp chat has been ignored, and I am unable to get through via the helpline number. (I am currently at queue position 8, and have been for over half an hour)!

Nikhil was very responsive and helpful. The customer service was very good & my problem was quicky sorted out. Anyone can write a Trustpilot review. People who write reviews have ownership to edit or delete them at any time, and they’ll be displayed as long as an account is active. I ask via chat some info to open an real account and I immediately had a very good support to my questions.

The assistant was extremely helpful. But it took over 15 minutes for the call to be answered. Companies on Trustpilot aren’t allowed to offer incentives or pay to hide reviews.

Commission was more than stamp duty, so what’s the point? Swallow it and move on – but make sure any high commission co’s are removed from being tradeable. No, of course you can’t, because how else would you get excessive commissions.Why 2 stars? The interest rate on ISA and Sharedealing a/c’s are Base Rate.Edit – don’t be fooled by the anodyne response, which addresses nothing. I was having difficulty selling a share so I called IG customer service.

Installed the IG Invest app for android and opened a stocks and shares ISA. Was able to add funds and invest in ETFs and investment trusts. Note that mutual funds are not available. Was initially unable to invest in US stocks as the integrated W8BEN registration process was not working in the app. No response to attempts to contact customer support via Whatsapp or email.

I’ve been with IG for a long time and have tried other platforms in the past. There are reasons I stay with them. I cannot recommend IG highly enough as the premium supplier of international dealing services in the UK. Their customer service is also excellent.

Kept claiming markets were closed

The platform has basic indicators and did require me having a second stp platform however since “Pro realtime” was added, the platform is damn good. So, if tax free profits are your goal.. Do not trust this company at all cost. Thankfully “ 𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐥 𝐚𝐢𝐦” was able to retrieve my £47,000 without any problems and delay. Customer service and turnaround time is prompt and is able to address my concerns about account opening. Nice platform and good support but very expensive.

The lady who assisted me was very polite & helpful. I needed assistance with some Stop Orders & got it. The IG operator was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable.
